If you use Sup for reading e-mail (as I do) you may find the stuff in this page useful. All the material is available as is: consider those files in the public domain.
I use a script to launch Sup. The script assumes that:
The script drop up to ten tarballs (at most one per day) of the Sup indexes and configuration (the files contained in ~/.sup), and older tarballs will be automatically removed. Backup files are nice just in case something goes wrong: remember that I am using development versions of the program.
